Breakfasts That Exceed Expectations
From day one, Rachel and Wayne made us feel like family. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, and breakfast options, including a large cooked meal, were exceptional. They checked in on us regularly, providing valuable local advice and even helping with our itinerary.
Only minor issue was the slow hot water pressure in the bathroom sink, which was hardly a setback during an otherwise wonderful stay.

Couple seeking comfort
The hosts were really good, they really made our stay feel personal! One morning when I was struggling to wake up, Rachel made me a special breakfast to get me going, it was out of this world.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but it was acceptable.

I stayed here with my dad and family for 3 nights and was completely blown away by the hosts' warmth! They helped us plan a family day at South Lakes Safari Zoo, which was a blast! The room was incredibly clean and cozy.
My kids wished for more kids' activities on-site.

While the room was comfortable and the pancakes at breakfast were a delightful touch, the slow shower had a noticeable impact on the experience. Despite a minor parking inconvenience, the bus stops' proximity and helpful hosts made navigating easy. The welcoming owners truly went above and beyond yet the overall experience felt hindered by the water pressure issue.
